JUST B AESTHETICS utilises information provided by our clientele to determine whether certain procedures are safe to perform. The safety of our clients remains a high priority, therefore particular information regarding medical history, current medications and previous reactions is necessary in order to determine suitability for certain treatments.

The privacy of our clients is also a high priority. All personal information provided by clients is kept confidential and only utilised by JUST B AESTHETICS when necessary.

BOOKINGS

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur, making appointment adjustments necessary. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice.

OUR POLICY

Any cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to your appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 30% of your booked service.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you.

Failure to arrive for your booked appointment will result in the same cancellation fee being charged.
Cancellation fees will be documented on file.

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be waived or applied to future services. This will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
